Binley I really feel for you. At least she didn't have to go through all the chemo and such like, and she is at peace now. That's the only consolation I can think of at this moment. Big hugs from me and take it easy on yourself.

Thankyou everybody for your kind words. I'm trying hard to come to terms with things I've never really had to cope with before . I've been helping my Dad to sort out all the arrangements for the funeral which is next Weds , after which we can try to get some normality back although it's going to be very difficult especially at this time of year. Both my daughters are coping fairly well and have decided to speak at the funeral which I find incredibly brave and touching.
