I used to pick up an Argos catalogue and flick through it for ideas- and then buy it from a shop nearby ...phone first to check they've got one and ask for it to be put to one side ( maybe pay for it over the phone. Try and get as many gift from the same shop!)

Christmas is not a good time for me and am more excited about the winter solstice yeah yeah bring spring on!!

Christmas is not a good time for me either, had the shine taken off it a few years ago and can't seem to get it back.

I wish I had holiday to take from work but my youngest had swine flu a couple of weeks ago and I had to use what I had left. It's gonna have to be saturday morning or nothing.
