I deleted it - it wasn't a thread debating whether to sow or not; it was a thread about sowing early. If all the responses are about it being a bad idea; then there doesn't seem much point. I can't be doing with defending it every day....so I deleted it.

If anyone else wants to do one; feel free.

Exactly; I haven't really got the time to keep defending it.

I did so last year; to the extent that we had to delete about 10 'well, I'm not bothering' posts', it's just a thread for people who want to sow a few seeds early.....I don't really want reams of explanations why I am wrong!

It works for me, so I'll just do it on my own I think.
