.... what's the best way to keep them nice and fresh for tomorrow?

I don't really fancy digging on crimbo morning so thought I would get some in today. However, I have noticed they go sort of soft if kept indoors for any length of time.

Me too... one of the only things remaining on the lottie now.

I'll try the salad drawer too. We've got half a foot of snow on the ground now, so anything that's sealed from the fridge is going outside to make more room!

They're ok chilled for quite a while. Someone on here said you can bung them in water if they go wrinkly (Snadger - behave!) and they'll plump up again.
