A meat slicer !!!!! like a mini version of what the butcher has, i pestered the OH for one and he kept saying it was a waste of money ! but he got me one and its brill, we both take packed lunch to work, so the sarnies are usually filled with what ever meat is left over, i dont know if its just me ? but i end up trying to slice the left over joint for sarnies and it ends up in chunks ! only prob is the novelty thing at the mo, i keep looking in the fridge for stuff to slice !!!

Cool! We got one a couple of years ago for just that reason - leftover roast beef is so much nicer in sarnies if it's 'thin sliced'

The gifts my five children gave me a £50 hair voucher ( I have been moaning about not being able to afford to get my hair done properly ) AND a £50 M & S voucher. They are all stuggling to afford to live let alone buy presents. ( age range 13 yrs to 30 yrs )

A Year Garden Planner / Diary. I can't wait to start putting some entries in. I might just start with the onions & tomatoes when the toms decide to surface..........My overall bestest pressie has to be an IPhone from Mrs BM. Thanks Darling....xx

I got some great pressies this year, but among my favourites are some beautiful perfumed candles that I wouldn't usually treat myself to; a scrapbook for keeping the babies' little bits and bobs in as they grow up; and a French bleached-wood and slate chalk board for the kitchen. I haven't got any duffers this year (slightly worried that I gave one though...my BiL seemed very 'polite thank you' about his espresso maker, then - accidentally, I hope - left it here on Boxing Day...). Oh well!

Ever practical OH got me a wax coat for up lottie and my two girls got me a posh coat for going out and I love both equally .
