      Coffee, coffee, coffee, ..........

If not having a glass of red, it has to be a mug of tea.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

It's always a big mug of tea - and there's water for the night-time wake-ups (which are generally to get rid of the earlier tea - maybe I should get a better system?)

Last night was two tumblers # of red wine with my meal - after yoga and then a cup of tea at 9pm.

                # do not confuse a tumbler with a glass . One tumbler = approximately 0.3 pints.

Not before bedtime generally (but I have been known to), but whilst I was feeling rubbish I had a bit of a thing for a nice hot cup-o-Bovril. Mmmm, mmmm.

It has to be a weak cup of tea with skimmed milk for me.

If there was one thread I was itching to reply to it was this one! One of my favourite drinks is Horlicks - but not at bedtime, I get too hot! I like a cup of Horlicks for "morning coffee" when Im on my hols, with a toasted tea cake
