blimey HW my 2 and a half year old weighs that! Mind you we are all short *ahem people round here.
I haven't got on scales yet. Daren't. But with my xmas chest infection and feeling sorry for myself, bad back, hence not running or doing my dvds, and the fact that have had no school run for 3 weeks (it's a mile each way twice a day) and the fact that we have a MOUNTAIN of sweet things and CHEEEEESE in the house plus the fact that I have ZERO willpower.... I am guessing it won't be pretty.
If someone has any willpower going spare feel free to send it over here.
I am hoping now my having to decorate whole new extension from bare plaster up will burn a few calories without going running. I hate running.
Back to WW on Thursday. Hope to pursuade OH that now we have countless bedrooms we need to fill them up with more babies so really need to shift a bit again to be healthy for that
The slower it comes off the slower it goes back on - no crash diets here

For the first time EVER I haven't put on any weight, infact I've lost about 2lb.
At the beginning of October I decided enough was enough and gave up crisps and sweets. I haven't eaten as much cake as normal but I certainly haven't denied myself either, especially over Christmas! In total I've lost over a stone and a half and I'm really chuffed.A good beginning is half the work.
Praise the young and they will make progress.

I think I've put on weight over the last fortnight?.............If I haven't there must be something wrong with me as I've been 'slob incarnate'.............still avoiding the talking scales though, they'll just insult me!My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order

I realised on Saturday that I'd put weight on over Christmas, and to be fair, the last few months too, when, to my dismay, none of my pairs of jeans would fit! I know they are all pretty old and well worn, and methinks, have shrunk in the wash, but to have to nip to Tesco and buy a bigger pair in desperation! Am going to start eating sensibly now and watch my portion sizes - I always serve too big meals.
Does anyone else have any good tips on losing weight?Bernie aka DDL

Started my diet this morning. Don't know how much weight I've put on, but my clothes are tight and I'm determined not to buy bigger. Breakfast - one weetabix with 0 fat yoghurt, lunch 4 point ready meal (chicken korma) and a satsuma. Middle of the afternoon opened filing cabinet and found box of Terry's All Gold, so ate half the box. Wouldn't mind, but I'm not a chocolate fan! Must try harder.Granny on the Game in Sheffield

Ah Florence, that sounds just like me and I don't really have a sweet tooth either.
Start again tomorrow is what i say.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

I guess the one good thing about having a mouth full of overly sensitive teeth and the knowledge that the Dentists were shut over the holidays is that I've probably lost a few pounds!(not being able to eat was possibly almost as painful mentally as eating would have been physically...but at least I've got no more to lose than I did before the Festive season)the fates lead him who will;him who won't they drag.
