If you're trying to cut carbs none of the suggestions so far will really help you. Most 'diet' goodies merely cut down on fat, yoghourt has all the carbs that milk does and cereal bars, usually plus sugar or honey and sometimes fruit, are definitely not on your menu. Can you take a lunch box to work with you, Mac? If so you can fill it with cold meats, salad stuff and hard boiled eggs, saving some for a snack later on. I don't know if you're doing Atkins or not, but if you are you'll also find your energy increasing and your appetite diminishing which helps a lot!
