        • Over Easter I tried hard to 'be good', not going completely without, but being aware of what I had and choosing what to eat, rather than just going ahead, and then regretting it. Must have worked, I just weighed in and I lost 1.5 lbs, so I've overtaken OH's weightloss again, as he put on 2.5lbs. It give me a bit more incentive, another 2.5 lbs will make 2.5 stones (sorry, I can't think body weights in kg, though I happily use a mixture of imperial and metric for cooking).
          I sorted out clothes today, and I've got quite a bag for the charity shop
