Has anyone tried Fitday.com? I think it's brilliant. I usually never need to drop more than a few pounds to keep my fighting weight, but I use Fitday when I do. It's got a good approach - you tap in the foods you eat all day - it shows you the breakdown of carbs/protein/fats etc. You can set a goal weight, and tap in the activities you do too. It basically encourages you to eat healthily and exercise (gee really?), but you can monitor your progress which some might find encouraging.
I've used it for years - I've got a good working knowledge of nutrition, and I like to see the little graphs and charts and goals stats It's a US site, and you sometimes have to fiddle with the food items when you input them, but you get used to it quickly. Anyway, works for me.
