Well, following my 8 miler on Fri, I worked a fairly hectic 14 hour shift on Saturday, followed by a 9 miler round Grafham Water with the rest of the Skeleton Trek group on Sunday. (hardest walk so far as we had plenty of hills etc to get up and down this time.)
Woke up yesterday feeling like death, went to work and lasted an hour till I had to come home Have overdone it I think, not enough rest/sleep between exertion possibly?
Will sit down with diary and plan training around work/play schedules to make sure ths doesn't happen again. Still being better behaved about picky snacks in the evening and smaller portion sizes.
