Really didn't want to do my exercise tape today, but I made myself: 25 mins of dancercise. Plus 5 mile bike ride. Porridge - soup - jacket spud, vodka diet tonic later on.
I looked longingly at the sweets (Twirls) in Iceland, but resisted. By the time I got home, I'd forgotten I wanted them.
No difference yet, jeans are still tight, but I'm hanging on in there (top half is fine, I just put fat on my thighs & bum)
