Whatever floats your boat, Mac! Having seen the phenomenon in the flesh I would really avoid watching that!
oh I felt sick looking at some of them - that meat cake thingie - yuk! Think I'll print it and stick on the kitchen wall
I restarted WW points today - had lost 3 stone and kept most of it off for a while but some went on at beg of last year, and since last October piled it all back on - comfort/stress eater - and selling/moving home did me in.
New home, new garden, new start. Digging my new veg plot in garden will help - it is so stony it will be a lot of work
Well I made it to dancersise tonight with my friend after umming and ahhing if to go as was so tired cold have vomited! Found it harder to follow the moves but feel better for going.

made to dancersise after umming and ahhing whether or not to go as was sooooo tired today (bad night with oH snoring and wailing children in the middle of the night). But feel better for going.
But I did miss the whole of the arm weights section as was locked in the loo!
The no-dairy thing has come about because I've had IBS for years ... I just thought it was me. Recently it was getting worse (not stress, OH is away) so I Googled, and dairy came up as a possible culprit.
Zazen has said the same.
Thinking about it, actually I do get cramps straight after my morning latte (I always thought it was the coffee, not the milk). I don't eat much dairy anyway, apart from milk in tea/coffee and on porridge.
I'm trying it for a week to see if it makes a difference. I'm having black drinks, and dry crunchy cereal (which I prefer anyway), and no butter on my toast (which is good for my thighs).
