I've only had one General Anasthetic before, for my wisdom teeth. My one lasting memory of the whole episode was waking up in the theatre after it was over, and saying to the nurse 'But they didn't count me down!' (bless me eh!)

I love the cold feeling going up your arm and then that "ahhhhhhhh" feeling you get as you go under (bit like the carpet scene in Trainspotting). One day I will make it all the way to one. Not so keen on the reasons for having to go under, but with every rough....
