    Hi Hazel
OH is very supportive but has Parkinsons Disease, any stressful situations make him 10 times worse. To change the locks will be very expensive as it has some triple locking system in it and is double glazed but I will leave the key in the lock and see if that works.

Daughter had a student loan on her degree course, she is now doing a masters degree for which there is no funding. Her father pays for the rent and her nan gave her some money to pay for the tuition fees (my ex mother in law). We try and help her out with food shopping and other expenses. She has tried to look for a small part time job but there is nothing around at the moment that fits in with her studying and her course is full on.

Fortunately she finishes this year and fingers crossed will get a job of some type at the end of it. However, youngest daughter is also now lined up to go to uni, so we are in the same situation again

I feel bad for thinking this way but part of me feels he owes them the money for the way he has treated them in the past. He has not been a good father to either of them, except financially. However, that does then leave us financially beholden for the next 3 years again. Catch 22 I guess.

My sympathy for your OH, I used to work with someone with Parkinsons so I know how stress can affect them - and your ex is not exactly going to take the calm approach is he?

If you want I'll happily join the posse to scare the toad off - I'm only about a hour from you.

Probably a bit late to be of use to your elder daughter but a friend of mine doing a PhD music and art history in wrote articles for various publications and supplemented her income by giving music lessons and exam coaching. Could your daughter do some coaching? About £10 an hour is the going rate around here.
The weeks and the years are fine. It's the days I can't cope with!

Hi TPeers unfortunately daughter is doing DNA Profiling and due to the sensitivity of it, she wouldn't be able to get work that way

I was going to suggest chopping his head off and sticking it on a roundabout as an example to mean bar stewards everywhere. Must be a horsey thing, although I must emphasize I use predominantly positive reinforcement with animals!!

This man is a bully. Simple. That means he is probably a coward too, most of them are. I feel sorry that he feels he has to hide his insecurities by being a total a-hole.

But, I still want to lump him!
