Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Thanks for all the feedback. Ive had enough confidence to try it now and its quite easy. Got some great ideas from the google search and hubby printed them off for me ( Im a complete printer wally and almost always seem to get something muddled up!)
Also got an excercise bike from ebay and hope that I get some fitness back soon.

I've tried many times since to find one again, but this is the nearest I can get - mine is a wedge rather than round
Are you talking about a blue inflatable wedge? If so, you can get them from a company called PhysioMed (Orthopaedic - www.physio-med.com). There is also another company called Vidipro UK Ltd which I can't find a website for, but you can PM me if you want the details.

Ive also got some other bits and bobs cheap in town since.
I got some dumbells that you fill up with water and some of those hand grip things that you squeeze and I got a full size exercise cycle from ebay so I should be back to fitness in no time at all.
