Did anyone else watch this?
For those who don't know what it is:
Iain Stewart tells the epic story of how the planet has shaped our history. With spectacular images, surprising stories and a compelling narrative, the series discovers the central role played in human history by four different planetary forces.
Episode 1: Deep Earth.
There wasn't a single thing he told us about that I didn't find completely fascinating, and every place he visited I instantly thought, "I definately have to go there!"
Fantastic series. Episode 2 is all about water. Can't wait.
EDIT: Anyone who missed it and wants to catch it; it's on the iPlayer: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...Us_Deep_Earth/
