oooo what a welcome
im really from yorkshire but moved up to durham a year ago and we've just moved into a rented house with just a back yard
i have 8 acres of woodland and had cleared a patch to grow some veggies in, but a neighbour has offerd me a patch in his allotment and use of greenhouse ,bless him ! but today hes told me the next patch is being given up and i can (hopefuly)rent that really cheaply, its got a 60ft greenhouse on !!!! granted its not in a very good state but it could be bodged up. They are private allotments/gardens so i can move some of my chickens up there too. its only a 2 min walk away so not far to carry my kitchen compost
im proper excited !! been planning what to grow and have decided to put my permanant stuff up in the wood (my cherry tree, blackcurrent bushes etc)so if the bloke wants his plot back in a years time i wont have to move em again.
Im a bit of a newbie to growing stuff properly , i just tend to stick it in and hope for the best (ooo eerr) so all help will be welcome
keep your fingers crossed for me that no one else gets in first on the big plot !!!some you win, and some you lose, i've spent my wholelifetime falling on a bruise, and if i had the chance to do it all again, i'd change everthing...

A sixty foot long greenhouse, glass, frme of aluminum or wood, type greenhouse!
Or is it a polytunnel?Always thank people who have helped you immediately, as they may not be around to thank later.

Welcome like a dog. Hope you enjoy your stay with us. Must be great to have such a large greenhouse. keep us posted as to how you get on.

You will find yourself a partner,
