Poor old you, I do feel sorry for you!! I will be sixty in March and can tell you that the best years of your life are starting, make the most of them!!!!!!!
Why? I'm looking forward to mine enough for a whole party worth of people
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
I was quite depressed at the big 40 - but its all been super ever since! Ive got the even bigger 50 coming up in (Bernie goes off to work out when, shoes and socks off etc etc)...............3 years counting this year, and Im not too bothered this time. Im a grumpy old woman already!

Appreciate the little things in life because one day you will realise they are the big things
So many youngsters (and a few oldies).
A friend of mine was still describing himself as "21 and several months" when he was 75!
I don't reach 60 for a few years yet. 40 is NOTHING!
I aim to still be young in another 25 years!
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
I'm a great believer in the single number age - works like this, add up the numbers of your age, if it is more than 10 do it again, eventually you end up with a single number, me I'm 7 at the moment and enjoying every minute!
(It's also fun to send folks cards with their single number age on it)
