Is boggett hunting any relation to haggis hunting perchance?

Boggett hunting is an old Isle of Wight pastime dating back to Roman times, when they were first hunted for food. The Hill Boggett (Boggettirium Altitudinus) is not so good to eat, but the Marsh Boggett (Boggettirium Swampii) is very nice to eat. They say it should be well hung before eating, but I have not seen any evidence of this.

Ps: I am not allowed anything sharp

I presume the Marsh Boggett has access to a wider variety of wild plants and herbs to add additional flavour.

Yes, that is largely true, though the Hill Boggett has access to a wide variety of plants as well. The main problem is that the drumsticks on the downhill side of the animal tend to be more developed than those of the uphill side, though these are liable to be more tender. As I said earlier, though, is that there just isn't enough sport when hunting the Hill Boggett. After all, all you have to do is stand in front of it, and shout. When it turns round to run away, the shorter, uphill legs are now downhill, and the poor little baa lamb simply falls over. The Marsh Boggett is much fiercer. Boggett hunting is classified as a blood sport, and the local council are trying to make laws to protect the hunters from the savage little *@###"$^.

Much love from my special room (with the excellent quilted effect walls)

I am allowed out on infrequent occasions, but only when I am with my Aunty Mary! Also I am allowed to write but only with crayon. And by the way I can prove I am my own grandfather.

A little know area in Manchester, east of Crumspall and north of Harpurhey; east of the A664 and west of the M60.

Don't go there though, you'll get a dose of tropical frostbite!
