On the other hand, there is the story of the difficult customer who pushed to the front of the queue at check-in, and when he didn't get EXACTLY what he wanted INSTANTLY asked the girl behind the desk "Do you know who I am?". She looked at him for a moment, then reached for the microphone and announced to the whole airport "We have a passenger at check-in desk .... who doesn't know who he is, can anyone help?"
The rest of the queue, seemed to appreciate this.. the passenger in question obviously didn't.....
