Biggest problem used to be finding enough rust free floor to bolt in the anchorage points for the child seats (back in the old days!)Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!

Ah this brings back memories. My first car was a gold coloured simca. The previous owner was a pipe smoker so the inside was as yellow as the outside and I found so many discarded pipes. I loved it and was gutted when it went pop pop bang big bang and died going down a rather steep hill. A sad day...
I would say my most fun car and I would def get another was my citroen dyane. The roof was made out of a plastic tablecloth like you get in France and whenever I opened it I would get showered with rust !
Ahhh the rose tinted memories...bliss...

Mine is an S-reg VW Polo 1.0. I only passed my test in March so still in my first year of driving.
The great thing is, because work pay 37p a mile petrol costs, and it costs around 15p a mile in petrol to run, after I've taken into account tax, insurance, oil, repairs, a new tyre etc i'm still in profit just over £1 a day! (That excludes the initial £800 outlay for the car).
