I do sympathise with all of you who are feeling at rock bottom.

I do know what it is like, having coped with a divorce after 28 years and then to be hit by cancer. The philosophy I have now adopted is that I live for today, and, if it is crap tomorrow will be better.

Hope you all feel better soon

I spent Monday driving my OH back to work in Bavaria. We crossed the channel from Dover to Calais early morning then drove through France, Belgium, Holland and Germany. It was great fun. Didn't know anything about the 'blue Monday' thing until I got back to UK yesterday afternoon. I was a bit blue but that was just coz I won't see OH for 10 days. All in all a good adventure - but so is most of life. Indeed, without the low days you don't know you have had good ones!

Keep smiling everyone Spring will be here soon!

Monday was a bit strained, but that was mainly due to sleep deprivation caused by the Vine's newest Sprout...

I had a baby boy on Thursday 8lb 12oz and a complete surprise as I've got 3 girls and had pretty much convinced myself that the bump was a pink one. We've called him Robin.

So fingers crossed I can get back out in the garden in a couple of weeks. Yay!!

I child-proofed my house, but they still manage to get in.

Way to go girl!!! That boy is going to be soooooo spoiled - 3 big sisters lucky chap!!

Congratulations on your new arrival - was wondering how it was going as I had noticed you were missing from the vine for a few days!

Enjoy your baby boy - oddly enough my elder son was 16 on Thursday and his name is Christopher.
