What a lovely thought, Nicos. Luckily for me I'm not alone, but I have been on Valentine's day and birthdays and Christmas at times in my life and know how much your thoughtfulness would have been appreciated.
What a lovely thought Nicos! Thank you. There was a single red rose on the dinner table last night at the golf club, for each of us "ladies" but I forgot to bring mine home. I did get a lovely card from Mr DDL this morning though!
I got bought a dozen red roses while we were shopping at Sainsbugs on Friday...not quite the same, but at least I managed to negotiate up from the buy-one-get-one-free carnations he was going to get me.
I got Mr R a pair of his beloved Jack Wills lounge pants. Don't know what I might have yet - we haven't got around to exchanging anything yet. Too busy making and eating pancakes.
Aw, thanks Nicos. It's the only one I'll get. ((HUG))

Thanks Nicos, I can't grow roses for toffee and I don't have a Significant Other, so that's the only rose I'm getting ! I don't care if I am male, I'm proud to be in touch with my feminine side...(got any peach coloured ones ?)
There's no point reading history if you don't use the lessons it teaches.
Head-hunted member of the Nutter's Club - can I get my cranium back please ?
