      Thanks Jules, its actually Thea
Yeah have tried to sell my stuff at Fayres before, but dont usually make the entrance costs back, so its not viable. I would say its an art, but has elements of craftiness in it
I meant the other sewing, doh! I usually get the two muddled up in spelling at least

What comp do you have, ie Windows or Mac? what sytem ie Windows ME or 98, XP or a newer one?
This leads to do you have an inbuilt imaging software on the HD?

Do you have a memory card from your camera? Do you have a portal for this size memory card on your exterior hard drive?

I am off out in a min, but if you put the answers on here, someone or me with try and help you out later xx

I really fancy bookbinding, Thea. When I get my blessed essay finished in the summer I have a list of crafts I'd like to get into again, so next autumn I will be merrily signing up for some evening classes, I hope. I'd like to get back into pottery, with a side order of needlecrafts and a touch of jewellery making! I'm just greedy. And I'd like to have some real cookery lessons too - I had to do chemistry instead at school.

Thanks, Northepaul, I have windows XP. I download photos to the pooter with the aid of a hub conected to my camera as the memory card doesn't fit. Still have the photo on the camera if that would be easier.

I'm just taking a break from my pottery. Making a bowl for a wedding present at the moment.

I did go to book binding classes years ago. One of the nicest things I have done. Sadly the classes closed down....not enough people going.

I really fancy trying quilting though. Love the one you are making Flummery.

Hopefully these are photo's of the Valentines Day cake and also one of The Gingerbread House I made for the village Christmas draw. Forgive me for blowing my own trumpet, but it made £100 pounds on it's own!

This month I'm sewing, not sowing.
I've entered a Beat Your Stash sewing contest, designed to help me use up my drawers full of fabric (then I can buy more!)

I've so far made a maxi dress, a V-neck velvet dress and have just finished a third jersey dress. A 4th is on the cutting table for after lunch.

It wasn't me it was Alice . I managed to follow her instructions and Im glad you could too. Those cakes look FAB!
Yet again, a very talented Grape. (Creemteez not me!).
I'm sad to say I'm not crafty or clever doing owt with my paws apart from typing (part of my job), sowing seeds/weeding, cuddling Dexter and my girls.
