Well Done T&M, Replacement Seeds.

I think most of use have read about holes in broad bean seeds made by tinny beetles.
After finding some holes in my "Crimson Flowered Broad Bean" seeds from T&M, I decided to ring them and tell them about my discovery, a very polite, helpful lady answered my call and asked me to send the said offending beans back to them for a replacement, this morning a parcel arrived with 1 pkt of replacement beans, 1 £5 voucher and a lovely letter saying sorry for any inconvenience...WOW, I'm so impressed. Well done T&M.

That is good news!
I dont particularly like T&M but I am glad their customer service seems to be improving!

I have said here before that in my personal experience I have always found their customer service to be excellent. Good to know they still care.

Well done, hope my complaint letter to T&M has the same result. I paid £3.99 for some of their Naga Jolokia chilli seeds. There were 8 in the packet and 4 were sown 17 Jan, 2 on 25 Jan and the remaining 2 on 5 Feb, all sown in heated propagator. To date absolutely nothing and a rootle round in one of the earliest sown showed nothing but a sort of chalky goo, so this morning a letter went off to them.

Only right too. If they are selling seeds that are infested with bugs, it's only right they make amends!

I didn't check my Scarlet flowered before planting as I wasn't aware at that time that there was a problem.
They still haven't showed above ground so I reckon its time for a furtle!

I haven't had any problems but they are really slow in sending the seeds I've ordered
