Can anyone help please? I'm trying to find the above as have a couple of questions, have email addresses and hard of hearing phone numbers galore but cant find just a normal phone number to talk to someone.

Right, every flippin number I try is engaged so shall ask the knowledgeable types here.
I am trying to register my little red number over here. To do so I need a certificate of export, which I can apply for on my V5 apparently.
Sadly I dont have one, as I never received my one from DVLA after I bought the car and changed the address
So, box 2 on form says;
Name and address of vehicle keeper.
Simple you may think only I am supposed to have done this before bringing the vehicle to France. Thus my question is, do I put the UK address it was originally registered to (my daughter's) or my French address?

I'll check with my OH Bob as we exported our car to NL. Mind you it proved much harder re-registering it here once we got back
If he doesn't know I'll check with my parents as they have imported at least 2 cars to France.....
