I understand that a single garage adds about £10,000 to the value of a house. I'd imagine a double one even more!
The first thing peeps do when choosing a new home is what they can do to alter it, and make it 'theirs' .
A double garage is a wonderful opportunity for someone to do that!
Peeps often want a workshop/store room for home business/hobbies.,somewhere to convert into a sauna, shed for gardening equipment etc.
A brick building is much easier to make burglar-proof than a shed!
Yup- I'd go along with adding windows- and perhaps a door at the rear?- and use that fantastic wall.
How about installing a sink in there too to make it a 'dirty room' (
you know what I mean!
)
Keep it!
