I noticed that I had previously clocked in at 0731 pm on the 26th. I was sure it was 1931 hours, still we all know what you mean

I think the PM signals the time Tomas, so I would take it 07:31 PM was the same as 19:31. But unless you're on your supper break, or desperate for an alibi, does it matter

Hi tomas, sometimes the clock on this vine keeps its own time - for sure. Keep an eye on it and don't worry. Reality is only what you make it.

If it was pm on a 12 hour clock you wouldn't need the zero before the 7 as in 07.31 it should be just 7.31pm if it was a 24 hour clock it would be 1931 hours.Digger-07

You're right Digger, the 0 is superfluous, but the PM tells us it's post meridian so we know its 19:21 on the 24 hour clock.
