I once had an un wanted call....all I said, all the time was "sorry I am not interested" and repeated this to every statement and question he made. In the end he begged me to hang up on him as he was not allowed to hang up on me.....gotcha!!!! I did not hang up!!!

Another fun one is to say "yes" and only "yes" to everything they say.
There's an amusing one of that on YouTube.

The cold caller had a decent sense of humour about it though - once he realised what was going on he asked a series of questions culminating in "and finally, Are you a moron?"
".....Yes."
"Thanks very much, I just wanted to get that on record." *click*
