HORRIBLE silicone car spray - help!

This might be a dumb suggestion, but - if you clean your own car, you know what's gone on/in it...?

Morning Organic....how is your car now, any luck over the weekend!
Poor you a double blow, a 'strawberry' smelling oil slick in your car.....have to say I would go ape if they did that to my aged but much loved car.
Why do they do that anyway? its truly hateful stuff....

TwoSheds - absolutely right... I usually clean it myself, but when it's filthy and I have so much work to do that my planned "full weekend on the allotment" becomes "I'll get an hour or two in each day in the week" and you realise the car REALLY needs cleaning - it's an easy £10 to spend. It's never a perfect job, but it's close enough to keep me sane for a while (assuming no silicone spray, of course!)


Headfry - no chance to do anything this weekend. I may do a bit later today or some time tomorrow though. See above comment about it wearing off the steering wheel now though, which is a big help.
