We have a chappy deliver free of charge to the site if he takes it to a recycleing centre they charge him £25 quid to dump it .
We charged £5 key deposit first time so he is quids in and we get free chippings...jacob

A kinda related question.....
I can get hold of bark chippings (Horse Chestnut), but the tree was chopped due to bleeding canker and a root disease.......anyone know if the bark chippings would spread the diseases further if I collect and use them at home on my plot.
I have emailed RHS helpdesk but they are very busy and I need to get my act together quickly.
