Anyone with Sky+ able to do me a huge favour?

Ok folks - when you have it all worked out, can you let us know - in nice simple language - how to do it? I have the whole of the Wartime Kitchen Garden series saved and it's using Sky box capacity!

And me, cos I have been recording NCIS series 7 for my mum and if I could put it on disc, she could watch them when she goes in to have her knee replaced! (and free up space on the Sky+)
