Thanks for all the positive vibes, Grapes.
Went past "The Field" today and the grass has been cut very close and the hedges trimmed! I'm hoping that this is a sign that the owner is getting it ready to hand over ("Gimme, gimme, gimme!!!" - in the manner of Mutley out of Wacky Races).
Will probably not know anything until the end of the month as that is how long the owner gave the Council to get back to her.
In the meantime, don't get cramp keeping everything crossed and I'll let you all know any news as soon as I get it!
