    • Bying a couple of bottles of red off fthe 2 for £5 shelf and finding it surprisingly smooth.

bearing in mind red is one of two beverages I drink slowly, they should last me a week or more!

              • I can never think of exactly WHAT makes me happy, I just.. am!
Today I am happy because Gemma is showing improvement. She's a long way from over the injury, but it is better than a couple of days ago, when she seemed to be in considerable pain! You'dthink that after 5 months that wouldn't happen, so maybe it was something else, but she acted like it was her damaged leg bothering her...

                • £25 bottles of red wine! I'd rather have shared it though
I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery
My heart going boom boom boom
"Hey" he said "Grab your things
I've come to take you home."

I tried jogging, but I couldn't keep the ice in my glass.

                      • Going to the airport working on my day off doesnt make me happy at all. Seeing unrestrained joy on the faces of those meeting those coming home is such a great thing to see, it cheers me up every time I see it.

Oh, and as I am typing this I am watching the European athletic champs and seeing the very pretty German girl trying to fight back the tears as her national anthem is being played and her flag rising to the top of the pole.

                        • Seeing my little grandson so much better today after a week of being sick, and a frantic visit to the doctor yesterday. Even tripping over the saucepans he loves playing with was worth it.
