            • A hubby who bought me a new food mixer after I blew mine up! He bought me a big Kenwood Chef 'cos it was a better deal too so I convinced him that I was very happy for it to be my Christmas AND birthday present. He doesn't like giving household things as Christmas gifts but, hey, money is not that plentiful and I love it. (and him!)

                    • Reminded by Two-Sheds. Went round to some friends for a curry last night. Fabulous home made food. (However, we both have offensively smelly wee today - must be one of the ingredients. Can't think which as I make curries regulary and haven't encountered this problem. It's a bit persistent, like Asparagus Wee.)

                      Worth it though!

                            • The very nice man at the garage who offered me the same price for my rust bucket that I paid for it 2 years ago, against something a touch newer which I shall collect on Friday.
