I had never heard of a mooncup before and had to read quite a way down this thread before I had any idea what it would be used for. The picture in my head is probably not anything like the mooncup is.

In any case I deduce it's to do with the management of menstruation?

Menstruation - I remember that. Don't miss it thouigh.

I was quoting what was in me head, not what was on Google.

And after this evening, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been surprised by what's in yer head!

                        Night Lanky, I'm off now.

Am I the only one who's slightly bemused by Waynes involvement in this thread ?

Pleased to hear so much positive praise about them, they deserve it. As far as the price goes, it does seem a lot all at once, but just imagine how much you'd pay for 'alternatives' over a year alone. Plus the fact that you're not contributing to the vast amount of untreatable sewage that heads out to sea... Sorry if I've gone a bit far with the imagery there, but this thread is not for the faint hearted I suspect .

No, you just empty more frequently.
It comes in 2 sizes: one for youngsters, and one for those over 35 or who've had children.

I did wonder what happens at 35: does your uterus go all saggy and wrinkly like your face starts to?
