  • Anyone use a mooncup?

In a quest to be more eco-friendly/ save a bit of money etc, I've been thinking of trying a moon-cup.
OK so I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but if anyone out there has any thought/advice I'd be glad to hear. (by Pm if you don't want to post on here).

    Thanks girls

Oh, and try and not sing the "Moonpig dot com" advert now and not think of the cup.

One more thing - maybe not suggesting it's everyone's cup of tea....

Mooncups are absolutely brilliant... until I had my boy and now can't fit it anymore, well not until my pelvic floor is stronger again. Don't have any need for it either though as I have a mirena fitted.

They're brilliant, go for it! And I'd never heard of them until they were mentioned on here a while back - when everyone else (it seemed, anyway!) was going, "Yuck", "Bleurch", etc, I thought it seemed a great idea, investigated and never looked back. So I suppose I ought to actually be thanking HW ....

Can't see what all the fuss is about actually, but hey ho, and this ain't the place to ask! Just wish I'd discovered them years ago.

p.s. I can actually buy them at a wholesale price through my Suma co-op, so if anyone is interested and not in a tearing hurry to get one, I may be able to get hold of one cheaper. Mine was £13, don't know how that compares to the high street? (Although they may have gone up since then).

Yes, I use one, they're absolutley brilliant, been using one for several years although I owned one for a fair bit before then but it took a while to pluck up the courage to use. Have had no problems with it whatso ever and quite happily tell people how great they are on a regular basis. If you want to know any more erm personal details then drop me a PM and I'll be happy to give further info as the chances of somebody posting yuekkk if I put it on the open forum are high

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Thanks girls, this is all very encouraging!
Pipscariad, they seem to be around £18-£20, so £13 sounds like a very good deal.
