See, now it had almost got back to being a sensible discussion and you go and say something like that!

this is what it says on their FAQs (Mooncup Menstrual Cup | FAQs)
"When you remove the Mooncup the outside of it is relatively clean, with the vast majority of the blood collected inside of it. It stays upright (and is rarely full anyway) until you tip it up to empty it down the loo. Then you simply rinse, or wipe, befor re-inserting."http://onegardenersadventures.blogspot.com/ updated 10-03-2010 with homebrew pics & allotment pics

Glad this thread was posted, have been thinking about one for a while, but knew nobody who used one.

I've popped a link for T.S.S for anyone who would like to find out more of this potentially fatal illness.

Just started using one. Easy as pie to put in, taking some getting used to with the removal. I have also cut off the stem (ow!) completely now as I gained confidence. They say it is a skill though, like anything else, and are very helpful with advice both on their website and if you email them.
Seems to be a lot more straightforward than I thought it would be though in any event, and I can swim with it in - yay!

I did wonder what happens at 35: does your uterus go all saggy and wrinkly like your face starts to?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
