        Mally - that's what I'd thought. I know some wards and units have different rules to others though. Some are pretty much sterile while others are far more relaxed. i'd have thought the ones that take people in post transplant when they are on all sorts of immune supressants would be towards the more sterile end of the scale though.

              When my bro had transplant years ago, flowers were not allowed on the ward. Same rule might apply to compost etc

                          From the little info I have got, everything went ok. I plan to get a card over to him on friday so if you could let me have any messages by thurs..........Thanks
