Having recently let you know about a bad experience with a different seed company in the past I thought it was time to let you know that some companies can get it right even after something has gone wrong
I placed a seed order with sycamoretrading.co.uk and sadly there was a mix up process with in minutes of informing them of the error they attempted to phone me (Due to my stupidity I had transposed numbers) when they could not contact me they emailed me twice with apologies and corrected the error with in a matter of minutes which has impressed me no end
of course I will let you know how the rest of the order goes but these guys certainly know their customer service unlike that company that has T and a M somewhere in its in it name that took weeks to resolve anything
