    • I'm 19 but I'll be hitting 20 this year, I'm looking back now and wondering where the last 19 years have gone, what will I be like at 40

For me I would miss that bit. A little bit of this and little bit of that I might consider it.

        • I was tempted to use the logic of my 76yo friend who always describes his age as "21 and a few months". Another friend (approaching his 66th birthday) always claims his intention of NEVER growing up.
You can count an extra in the '30-39' group for Corax Aurata, who will probably be back in another week or so.

          • Unless someone uses text-style speech in a thread, I have no idea how old they are, so i just assume everyone is the same age, i.e. grown-up enough to do things, and young enough to have a bit of fun

            • I'm 29 and don't see why more younger folk aren't into their gardening. I guess it's because a lot of them simply don't have the space and a house to call their own.

There is a big drive with a lot of people my age to abide by sustainable and ethical living. If they were able I'm sure a lot more of them would be growing their own.

Most of my friends envy my veg' patch, but as you say they don't have the space themselves. Those that do seem to think you need magical powers to grow plants and wouldn't even bother trying.

                • Old enough to know better but young enough (in my head/heart anyway) not to care.
