  • Looking forward to trout fishing tomorrow....

Just been and dug a few worms!

Fly fishing is my forte but the forecast ain't good for casting a fly.

If you're anywhere near the Derwent Resevoir in Durham........remember to keep your head down cos I'm dangerous!

Not with me..............mine are special worms that no self respecting fish would look at!

Better than using Powerbait, dynamiting or chucking a bag of hydrated lime in the water though!

Have a super day chuck! Hope the weather isn't too bad (it's pouring down here in Preston). Hope you remember to take some sweetcorn with you as well. Photos of all caught fish when you return!

Depending where you are fishing, I class that as cheating. It works though!

Glad you went with the fly Snadge, I wouldnt have slept easy in my bed knowing that a fluff chucker had turned into a maggot drowner because of a bit of a breeze.

Never mind Snadge. After my total lack of fish the last time I went trout fishing (Sept 2008) I haven't been since. My lottie is much more productive.
