Plus sign question

If you look at the 'whats going on panel' very bottom of the opening page of the forum- it shows all who are on line- why have some names a little plus sign next to them please.

Well, Taff - you've asked a question I was interested in the answer to - I had assumed it was a time when the vine hit the top of the google search engine for pumpkin recipes or ideas for carving.

I tried the search function, G4 - but only came up with threads of people discussing spamming attacks. When I searched using the date + spammers - didn't find anything apart from a thread on allotment parties.
Still confused.
