It's strange- but the time difference quite amuses me when I look at it, but there again one of the reasons I've come over here is to get away from appts scheduled at say '3.07pm' rather than between '3 and 3.15pm' - or 'just after 3pm'
I've even stopped wearing a watch and apart from the alarm clock and one in the kitchen have no other clocks in the house. I think I'm successfully getting off the conveyor belt of rushing here and there all the time. 'Zen time'

What does irritate me though( and forgive me if I'm wrong!).........is that someone knows the clock needs changing and is doing nothing about it...and it's coming across after such a log time that 'someone' just can't be arsed to do their job thoroughly..one they are being paid to do.

    hmm...that's what I find irritating..not the clock!!

We can only shove the request up hill, and I assure you we have, many times.

Perhaps if you all pm'd Sara or Dave, that might do the trick.

They're probably all far too busy sending emails about the publisher's other magazines to people who don't want them.

                I'm a whingeing wotsit lately aren't I?

I never notice the time on the Vine.
It was only when a similar post brought it to my attention.
And now I am not working I am not shackled to the time.
Eat when hungry, sleep when tired.

So it isn't an issue for me.
However, if it has been requested multiple times that it is changed then it is obviously an issue for others, and I would expect that it is an easy thing to do for someone and aught to be done.

Ooooh yeah, hadn't noticed that before, I habitually log on when I get onto the Vine. Makes sense once you notice it.

I've gotta say - that annoyed me a bit today too. Quite apart from the fact I am really not the target market for a womens health magazine, I've allowed admin emails so I don't miss anything I need to know about the forum - not for bloody spam.

I have a watch on my arm, a clock on my mobile phone, one on the wall, one on my screen, one on my PDA, oh, and another on my desk phone.

I'm not sure I need another clock.

Well, I must admit to having a couple of clocks that have stopped in the house, HW - but if you are going to have one that tells the time, it should at least not be telling lies!
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

And I bet they all have different times on them! I know mine all do.
