I bought a 12" stuffed-crust Hot Shot pizza!
Now that I'm allowed cheese again it seemed like the best way to celebrate

Mine was a £1.49 Rhubarb plant in a 8inch pot from my local veg shop, hopefully by next summer I'll have enough to make Flummerys rhubarb and orange jelly.Location....East Midlands.Comment

A full tank of diesel in the motor totaling £120!! Wouldn't really call it an impulse buy but if I didn't do it I couldn't drive it...
All vehicles now running 100% biodiesel...

Nothing today but went to Tesco yesterday for bread and milk and came out with a lovely 2 stem Paleonopsis ('scuse spelling) orchid in just the right colours for our sitting room. Fortunately it was reduced to half price (I refuse to pay full price for my orchids).
I reasoned it to Madmax by saying I haven't had a car to drive for nearly 3 weeks so it used up some of the petrol money I have saved
