£80 of garden equipment It all seems to add up to so much so quickly when I go round B&Q.

I did get an obelisk thingy though that I can hopefully use for climbing beans and a beautiful Terrazzo trough...would like to get a few more to match but they are quite expensive...although I believe they are a good investment (at least this is what I am telling myself!!!)

I made an impulse stop at the GC, because it's more or less[!] on the way back from the polytunnel.
Bought two lots of lovage, two trays of leek seedlings [can't be bothered to faff with leeks,so usually get them from the GC anyway], a small tray of red geraniums and bag of International Kidney potatoes.
Had a result though, when I was in the garden today, the next door neighbours have caught the veg bug, the bloke said it was my fault....and they'd bought two extending cloches, only needed one, and gave me the other one...result!!!

(anyone how to remove rust easily???)

...nope- didn't need any of them!!!

(and of course a plant...but that goes without saying!!!)

My worst impulse buy was my car.

I went over to Bristol to have a look at a car. Came home with it

Oh yes, today I went to another GC (after i didnt find owt I wanted in the other one above) - got some sacks of compost as it was on offer... got them into the garage to find 20 sacks of compost I'd forgotten about.

                      Bleh.

Impulse buy?........Impulse buy?.........You need to ask Mrs BM about that. We had a holiday booked for Egypt in June but has had to be moved to October as friends who were coming could not make it. So I thinks, ok great, more time in garden.......not on your nelly. She's only gone and book Dominican Republic in June..........
