Mr R spends about two-thirds of his non-work life in Jack Wills lounge pants. He even ends up gardening in them. He literally wears them out inside a year, so he has three pairs now and rotates them.

We've learned to buy in bulk if they're ever in the sale...

If I ever find the right pair of skinny jeans, I swear I'm buying five pairs!

Don't Next have an outlet store or something? Maybe you could get lucky there?

'Tis true. I had a dress copied once. I really liked it and wanted a back up version. You could find your own fabric and everything.

Get your Mum on to it, HW - I'm sure if she asks at the drycleaners they will know someone who knows someone who can copy them for you. Then you can have them in the fabric of your choice!

I'm not wholly sure these are the kind of dry cleaners that would do that - Town Tub.

I thoroughly recommend Karachi and Honkers for having stuff copied, its brilliant.
If you dont happen to be passing either of those destinations in the next few days ..... I'm fresh out of ideas.

Very kind of ya Jeanie - but woah there just a minute. I don't even know anything about fabric or the like to even start knowing where to look, what I want or how much it's likely to cost me.

Just wouldn't want you to waste your efforts - extremely kind as it is.

                      Clever or what eh??

I also live in shorts, on my days off I wear them, I go to work in them and occasionally, just occasionally wear jeans.

As I am a prop and you are just tall Wayne, try high & mighty, they do stuff for the long and/or the wide.

                            At a price!

Although they do have a sale on every now and then...

We do have a local 'big man' shop (does up to 8XL and 42" inside leg), but their stuff tends to be a bit - "myeh".

Edit: Just had a shufty at H&M and they don't sell 3/4 lengths.
