You can swap the meals round to suit, though, and all the meals are set out in a list at the back so that you can choose from about 30 breakfasts, lunches & dinners from the list. It's worth weighing stuff at the start, but after a while you get to know the knack of it - so a biggish bowl of special K (med sized bowl of bran flakes etc) for brekkers, can of soup or low fat sarnie for lunch, grilled salmon/chicken with salad for dinner etc.
I quite like the no nonsense approach - and yes, when I want to drop a few pounds, this works for me.

I had a big portion of chips for lunch (didn't fancy my dry cereal) so will have only soup for dinner, no bread.

I'm back on Atkins...ish!
Two poached eggs and a Tuc biccie for brekkie.
Small tin of half price Tesco's(49p) tuna in lime and a lump of mature chedder for lunch.
Two mahoosive slices of grilled belly pork smeared with mustard and some semi raw carrots and half price asparagus for dinner.
Now I'm bloated for the first time since new year! Can this really be good for me I wonder?.........time will tell! (Should maybe have cut down on the carrots!)My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
