    Brekkie - fruit skewer
    lunch - banana leaf curry
    dinner - more curry

excercise - walking up batu caves ----> http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...-272Stairs.jpg

Am gonna have to stop all the lovely curries today though as I'm coming back to the UK. Also haven't had any bread (apart from naan, roti etc) for 2 weeks which is long for me. I bet I buy a loaf of tiger bread when I get back to the UK

    • Amazingly, after my pig-out yesterday which I'm STILL feeling bloated from , I weigh the same this morning as yesterday morning?

      • Is it any good telling you that you get weighed too often? No, suppose not.

          • I weigh myself every morning, but I mainly look at 'trends'. If weight is down one day, maybe I'm just a tiny bit dehydrated, but if it stays down for 3 days, I've lost some!

              • Must be losing some weight as I can get some of my 32" waist jeans on again.
Our scales are none too good & I don't really trust them so I haven't weighed my self for over two weeks now.

I'm obviously not eating enough though, as it wasn't a lot - even though I feel thinner!

It was a shared full sandwich - even I'm not so mean as to buy a sandwich for lunch and eat half today and half tomorrow!

It suited me to have just half, actually - it certainly wasn't a lo-cal sarnie. But even if it was - say - 500 cals in total, my half was still within lunch limits.

                              Yes. Puppy! LOL

Although, I was clearing his poops off the lawn, in the driving rain, this afternoon, so theoretically, the original statement is correct!

                              • goodish day today: toast, cereal bar, small pasta for dinner, 20 mins vigorous sawing of buddleja, 4 mile walk with mad dog, half a bottle of wine. Bed by 8.35pm

Mr TS is on a jolly in Londinium, but took his diet menu with him. He had apples & dry toast on the train, and for dinner had a packet of couscous in a jug, in his room, poor thing
